You Choose…

  • Vitrified, diamond*, or CBN* wheels or maybe your mill requires all three. It only takes a minute to change from one to another.
  • Conventional uniform tooth spaces or variable space/Hi-Earn saws to enhance cutting performance.
  • Grind fast, up to 24 teeth per minute for high production work on Cobalt Chromium Alloy or swaged tooth saws or slow down to a mere crawl to repair a single damaged tooth or grind both the faces and tops of carbide teeth in a single pass!

The PRO-Filer II’s heavy-duty construction with "vibration-killing" cast iron ensures consistent accuracy for the sharpest saws. The unique saw advancing mechanism precisely positions each tooth regardless of saw diameter.

Easy to Operate

Super-fast set-ups allow more work to be done every day. Tooth shapes can be changed in less than one minute. Change from topping and facing to full profile grinding is just as fast, and switch from one diameter saw to another in seconds.

A moveable console puts all the controls at the operator’s finger-tips, including digital monitors which display wheel speed and number of teeth being sharpened per minute. The micrometer adjustment of the amount of stock to be removed gives you instantaneous control of this important function and allows for alterations at any time, even during the grinding cycle.
