MOVEABLE WELDING CLAMP STAND (optional, shown at left) with welding clamp mounted and ready for use. The all steel stand comes with convenient foot treadle and neoprene casters to avoid damage to the saw teeth. Order part no. 5531.

Armstrong’s No. 62 Welding Clamp is ruggedly built using heavy cast iron construction for years of trouble-free service. Although simple design, careful attention was given to every detail to provide the operator with an effective, easy-to-use tool. Filers continue to choose Armstrong’s Welding Clamp to assist them in producing a superior band saw weld time after time.

NO. 62 WELDING CLAMP FEATURES INCLUDE:

  • Two sizes, 12" and 16", to accommodate a wide variety of band saws.
  • 2-1/4" wide anvil- sized for easy forging on the heaviest saw, yet narrow enough to properly support lighter gauge saws.
  • Hardened, durable anvil offers two usable working surfaces for longer wear.
  • Pivoting clamp bars make insertion of the saw quick and easy.
  • Convenient hand lever control comes standard. Optional foot control attachment is available at extra cost.
  • Clamp design allows the addition of a heating element with no machining or fitting required.

WELDING CLAMP SUPPORT TRACK AVAILABLE FOR MOUNTING ON NO. 81 BENCH

The Welding Clamp support track is shown in the circled area below. Welding, forging, dressing and rolling weld can be performed without removing the saw from the bench. The No. 62 can be used with either the hand lever or with optional foot pedal. The support track allows the clamp to be moved out of the way when not in use.
